The Center’s Legal & Advocacy Program
The legal outreach program of The Center.
CLIP will be a legal project in Kansas dedicated solely to the equality and dignity of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer people and those with HIV. We will work to ensure that LGBTQ Kansans' civil rights are protected, either through legislation or legal advice and referrals.
The Center will actively partner with other Kansas LGBTQ Equality and Advocacy Organizations.
The Legal and Advocacy program will also provide internships for law school students from the University of Kansas, Wichita State University and other local and surrounding area colleges and university’s who are looking to gain experience with LGBTQ issues.
